People of all ages can donate their time to
NAPAH to help with the important task of promoting physical
activity and healthy lifestyles. The Board of Directors, as
well as several key staff members at NAPAH are all volunteers.
Whether you live in Canada and would like to work remotely,
or if you reside in the Greater Toronto Area and would like
to work closely with organizers, any public initiative to
this cause is always welcome.
How long will I be needed as a volunteer?
You can donate any amount of time that works for you. NAPAH
will accommodate your schedule and availability. If you
have a computer and internet access you may be able to help
us from home. If not, the office is open Monday to Friday
from 10:00 am to 6:30 pm, with extended hours for special
promotional events on weekends. Many volunteer activities
are conducted during our regular business hours and are
usually supervised by a NAPAH staff member.
