Educate on Children's Fitness with BLAST

Our communities are in need of a program that will motivate children and educate the parents about Physical Fitness and sport specific skills. To that end their is a solution. B.L.A.S.T. - Balanced Living Active Sport Training ™ will give children a solid foundation of skills, which will develop youth into empowered, skilful athletes and get their instructors active. Parents will be able to share this experience, instead of sitting on the sidelines watching. Parents will also gain knowledge in effective sport specific training that they can apply to their sport enhancement, promoting an active lifestyle together.

Each BLAST™ program has two key components:
1. Athletic training for youth so that they will be able to enjoy a lifetime of productive, injury free sports; and
2. Trainer coaching for parents. Trainers, coaches or teachers - so that they can become actively involved in guiding the athletic development of the children.

Peter Twist and his incredible team of professionals have been training elite athletes for years. With 10 years of NHL conditioning coaching experience, loads of knowledge along with their enthusiasm and inspiring nature - their team is what BLAST is building from. There are many incredible people connected with the efforts of BLAST. The forces are pulling together and the energy is something to be witnessed!

BLAST™ will combine the needs of the child and family by providing:
- Programs that increase self esteem
- Empowerment as a family
- Introductions and progressions of the newest developments in sport training from Twist Conditioning Inc.
- Introduce new skills to all levels of athletes and development of peak performance in highly skilled athletes
- Efforts to take youth away from a monitor and implement an active lifestyle - leading to the reduction of the, once unheard of diseases of a youthful population.
- A holistic approach to a lifetime of benefits

BLAST provides a personal, progressive program in a group/team setting. Guided by professionals on Child Maturation and Athletic Development to ensure the highest standards for your toolbox of activities that are implemented away from the program.

BLAST is being offered in Level 1-3 at 1(bronze),2,(silver)or 3 (gold) times a week starting in Oakville, Ontario at the Central Library Auditorium.
