Program Content

Classes will be focusing on getting back into the swing of the game, timing with ground-strokes, footwork, serves, return of serves and match play. This program is designed to get players who may have been off all winter and would like to get their game back into tune.

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TENNIS

Beginner - Low Intermediate (NTPR: 1.0 - 2.0 players)

Program Content

Classes which will be focusing on learning the different grips for the forehand-backhand ground-strokes, eye-hand coordination, proper footwork, rallying, volleys, serves, return of serves and match play. This program is designed to teach the basic fundamentals for players with very little or no tennis experience and want to learn, achieve their skills and gain confidence to move to the next level.

ADULT FOOTWORK & FITNESS HITTING DRILLS

Intermediate - Advanced (NTPR: 2.5 - 4.5 players)

Program Content
Classes will focus on eye/hand coordination, improve footwork movement, explosiveness & speed using different shot selections throughout the variety of hitting drills used each week.

ADULT - TUESDAY NIGHT DOUBLES ROUND ROBIN

Intermediate - Advanced (NTPR: 2.5 - 4.5 players)

Program Content

For MPTC members only, who want to come out on a Tuesday evening and improve their doubles game. Players will be organized into teams.

*Note: Players must call or email Pro on a first come, first serve basis by Monday evenings before 10:00pm of each week to guarantee a spot.

(Maximum of 12 players)
